If I cannot keep an appointment, I will let you know as soon as possible, and our session will of course be rearranged.
If you find you have to rearrange or cancel an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice so that I can offer that place to someone else.
Less than 24 hours notice will usually require payment in full.
If your sessions are funded by a third party, such as a charity or through your workplace, a late cancellation would in most cases have to be taken as one of your allocated sessions.
If you are attending face to face sessions please ensure that before coming to your appointment you are well and are not displaying any COVID-19 symptoms.
If any changes occur with your health related to COVID-19 please let me know and do not attend a face to face appointment. We can switch your appointment to an online platform or telephone if you feel well enough.
