Counselling provides you with an opportunity to explore personal difficulties or challenges in a confidential and supportive environment.
Face to face counselling provides you with a warm personal space away from your usual environment. This works well if you are located close to the counselling room.
Online & telephone counselling gives you the opportunity to access counselling support at a time and in a place which is convenient to you. This means that you can choose the best place for you to be for your sessions, and means that do not have to travel. All you need is a stable internet connection or phone line and a private space.
Making an appointment:
We will agree an appointment time that’s good for both of us.
If you choose online meetings I will send you a link – just click on it and follow the instructions. You can decide to have the camera on or off depending on how you feel.
If you opt for telephone sessions I will call you at the agreed time.
Most people choose to have sessions every two weeks but I can offer alternative spacing if you feel this would be better for you.
