Face to Face Sessions:

• Toilet Facilities are not available.

• There is no waiting room facility, so please attend on your own.

• Please arrive just in time for your appointment - there is parking immediately outside the counselling room

• Hand sanitiser is available in the counselling room and I don’t expect you to wear a mask if you don’t want to.

Online Sessions:

• I will send you a link by email ahead of the session

• You must be online at the agreed time and join the session by following the link.

• If there are any technical issues, I will call you on the number you give me

Telephone Sessions:

• I will call you at the agreed time. If you do not answer I will try again in 5 minutes and then drop you a text/email if we still can’t connect.

All sessions:

• Your session will not start until the agreed time.

• If you arrive late for a session, it will still finish at the agreed time.

• At each session I will check with you whether you wish to make another appointment.

• We will find a convenient time and the best spacing for you.
